From September 26-28, a delegation led by Baulin Oleg, President of Ufa State Petroleum Technological University, Russia, along with Vice-Presidents Evtushenko Evgenii and Nail Chanyshev, visited our university upon invitation from our President, Qian Jianhua. Our Party Secretary, Guo Changyi, received the delegation. Discussions with President Qian Jianhua, Vice-Presidents Cao Jiangtao and Yang Zhanxu, and the Russian delegation focused on deepening comprehensive strategic cooperation, joint talent cultivation, scientific research, and the establishment of joint laboratories.
