Party Secretary Guo Changyi

Guo Changyi (PhD), born in May 1967, is a member of the Communist Party of China and full professor. He is also a member of the 8th Liaoning Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. He received a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Liaoning University in 1990, a Master's degree in Economics from the same university in 2002, a Master's degree in Business Administration from Illinois State University, USA, in 2004, and a doctoral degree in Economics from Liaoning University in 2009.

President Qian Jianhua, PhD

Qian Jianhua, born in November 1964, is a member of the Jiusan Society and full professor. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Jinzhou Normal University in 1987, a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry from Yanbian University in 1990, and a doctoral degree in Material Physics and Chemistry from Northeastern University in 2004. He completed his postdoctoral research in Material Failure and Protection at the Institute of Metals, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in 2007. He was promoted to full professor in August 2003.
